All staff hold Paediatric First Aid & Food Hygiene certificates and have completed Safeguarding Group B, Allergy & Anaphylaxis, Prevent and Health & Safety training.

The legally Responsible Individual is Laura Marlow. Laura has a level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Development and Learning as well as Playwork and is also a registered childminder. Laura has a special interest in outdoor play and has completed Forest School training as well as accredited courses in childhood nutrition. She is responsible for running the Healthy Snack Award scheme and meal planning. Laura holds a group C safeguarding certificate.
Gemma Evans is the Manager and lead for adult & child first aid as well as the Safeguarding lead. She holds advanced practice Level 5 Diploma in Childcare, Learning & Development - Management and is studying for a degree in Childhood Studies.
Samantha is Assistant Manager and has a level 3 Diploma in Childcare and is a qualified Playworker. She brings many years of experience to the role and has a special interest in creative play and activities. Samantha is the group leader for the 3 & 4 year olds & Deputy Safeguarding lead.
Lottie holds a level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Development and an Honours Degree in Childhood Studies. Lottie is particularly interested in sensory play and Additional Learning Needs, which she studied at a higher level as part of her further degree course. Lottie is the group leader for the 2 year olds & is lead for the new assessment criteria.
​Gemma, Samantha & Lottie are nominated Persons in Charge with CIW. Laura, Gemma, Samantha, Lottie & Tabitha all hold Group C safeguarding certificate - advanced practice. Laura, Gemma & Samantha are fire wardens.

Tabitha holds a level 3 Diploma in Childcare and loves dramatic play, & small world creations. K. They are both also qualified Playworkers.
​​Tamar is a fully qualified playworker with extensive experience in both schools and Early Years. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the types of play and risk management.Kiera has a level 3 Diploma in Young Persons studies with a background in school and social care. She has an interest in phonics, language skills and UNCRC.
